OUR MISSION

wolfpack is a carefully curated shop that carries clothing and art that is ethically & sustainably made. our mission is to educate and empower people to make consumer decisions that are better for the environment, humanity, and the local and global economy. we have a storefront located in Cincinnati, Ohio (1342 Main Street!). we also do pop up shops around the midwest, and we ship to any of our online customers located in the united states.

any wolfpack originals are handmade by our shop owner in a conscious way. whether it's upcycling items that would otherwise end up in land fills, choosing environmentally safe options, or finding the least wasteful production process, we work hard to make a positive impact as we make art. all of our packaging is either recycled, reused, or made from ecofriendly recyclable biodegradable materials.

wolfpack is more than just a shop - it's a mindset. It's looking out for one another, it's taking responsibility, it's accepting that we are all beholden to our earth and our fellow human kind. because the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

RETURN POLICY

we are a very small business. we understand that it is hard to buy clothes online due to not being able to try on the item. but whenever an item is returned, we lose money on that transaction (due to credit card fees.) so we do offer returns, but we really urge you to be as sure as possible that you are buying the best fit. if you have any questions about fit - PLEASE email us! we are happy to help. email shopthewolfpack@gmail.com if you need help with sizing.

in the event that the item shows up to you damaged, we will offer a return and pay for your shipping costs to return the item to us.

ALL products in the SALE section (discounted price withOUT code) are final sale. no returns will be offered for products on sale.

if you absolutely must make a return for any other reason, you will have to pay to ship the item back to us, and upon receiving it and making sure the item is undamaged, we will refund the cost to your card. you can only make a return within 30 days of purchase. If you plan on making a return please contact us at shopthewolfpack@gmail.com and we will assist you through the process.

We know this is a strict return policy but we hope that with your support we will be able to grow as a business and offer a more lenient return policy in the future. thank you so much for understanding!
