inspired by the marvin gaye lyrics: "who are they to judge us, just because we wear our hair long." to honor marvin we wanted to retro 70's vibe so we went with a ringer tee. growing your hair out can be a political statement, which we love. we also want to encourage anyone who is wearing the shirt or reading the shirt to keep growing! keep learning! keep changing! keep going! 

our friend michael andrew (local cincinnati designer) smashed the design out of the park with his own illustration and hand drawn font.

SRO Prints is a woman owned business that provides employment to at risk women and men recovering from drug addiction. they develop and mentor them to become professional business talent, which empowers their employees to become fiscally responsible leaders in their communities.

the cream shirt is a natural color, which means the cotton didn't have to be dyed at all. you will see little flecks of darker spots which is totally normal and not a stain. it's cotton's natural color!

it's cotton, so it will shrink if you put it in hot water and dry it on high heat. we recommend air drying for best care (for the shirt and for the planet!) you can steam or pop it in the dryer for 3 minutes to release wrinkles.
